In what the anti-cellulite diet from Nicole Ronsar consists?
Generally it not a diet, but course of special medical and cleaning foods. Cleaning of an organism causes disappearance of hated cellulitis. The author of this technique to – Nichole Ronsar. I recommend to study its book "How to Win Against Cellulitis". So, a diet:

Drink from 1.5 liters of water, exclude the alcoholic and containing caffeine drinks, sugar and salt.
In 1 day, and also all odd, eat only crude fruit and vegetables.
For breakfast eat fruit.

For lunch cut salatik from vegetables and water with a droplet of olive oil. Salt and sauces cannot be added. It is possible to strew ours salatik with seeds of pumpkin, sunflower, sesame or chopped almonds.
For dinner salad and fruit. Dairy products are also forbidden. It is useful to add germinated wheat, soy sprouts, etc. to salads.

In the 2nd day regale on any fruit, except bananas.

In the 4th day and all even (except 2) partially steam vegetables or steam eat crude vegetables, then boiled. Add to vegetables a little rice, lentils, porridge or buckwheat. If you transfer a diet very hard, regale on dietary yogurt.
