How to cook chicken soup with onions, oat flakes and cheese toasts?
Easy, Irish very tasty soup. It can be prepared instantly if to use the instant flakes which are not demanding cooking. However I prefer to put classical "Oat-flakes". Perhaps, this my personal prejudice against instant products. Especially as in the original recipe "fast" flakes are used.
Necessary products:
one liter of a fresh chicken bulyonchik;
salt;
four small napiform onions;
black pepper (ground);
laurel leaf;
rub a table. spoons of "Oat-flakes" or instant flakes (oat);
hundred fifty milliliters of cream;
two table. butter spoons;
Toasts:
slices of a white hlebushk;
grated cheese;
chesnochok;
Preparation process:
We cut bulbs thin semi-ringlets and we brown on oil till gold color. Bulyonchik is poured in a pan, we put on a plate and when he begins to boil, we add oat-flakes and we cook, stirring slowly, about five minutes. We season soup with a pepper, I will merge, we put a laurel leaf, we cover and we prepare, about, 15 min.
We rub slices of bread with a chesnochok, we strew with cheese and we bake in an oven.
We add onions and cream to soup. We put on a couple a toast in each plate and we fill in them with soup.
