Probably, there are hundreds, if not one thousand, recipes of cottage cheese casseroles. But I want to share such recipe of baked pudding which yet not to time did not bring me. Who would not try it, all come to indescribable delight though it very simple also prepares without any expensive products. On taste baked pudding turns out very gentle therefore it also received the name – "Tenderness".
Recipe of the Tenderness cottage cheese casserole
For 4 portions the following ingredients will be necessary for you:
Cottage cheese – ½ kg
Eggs – 3 pieces.
Sugar – ½ glasses (but it is possible more)
Sugar vanilla – ½ tsps.
Soda – a pinch
Sour cream – 3 tbsps.
Wheat flour – 3 tbsps.
Oil – for greasing of a form
Way of preparation:
Wipe cottage cheese through a small sieve or a sieve that baked pudding turned out especially air. Then add to it all ingredients specified in a compounding and carefully mix everything, trying to press not strongly on cottage cheese.
Oil a baking dish and put a dish to be baked in the oven warmed to 180-200 degrees. In about 40-50 minutes check, whether there was a golden crust and if yes, that can take out baked pudding from an oven.
