Axiom of all nutritionists is need of the primary use of vegetables and fruit for people of persons interested to get rid of excess weight. But it appeared that at fruit and vegetable diets the opposite effect which is expressed not in weight loss, and in a weight set can be observed.
By the Californian scientists it was proved that the excessive use of the fructose containing in fresh fruit, fruit juice, sweet drinks, jams constitutes much bigger danger to a figure, than sugar of other types. The researches of the volunteers having excess weight conducted within ten weeks pursued the aim of clarification of influence on a human body of various sugars in particular, glucose and fructose.
Volunteers were divided into different groups for which the individual food allowance was formed. Participants of one of groups received products as a part of which there was a glucose, and participants of other group received fruktozosoderzhashchy food. By results of research it became clear that the participants of group eating fruktozosoderzhashchy products gathered bigger amount of intra belly fat, than participants of group, whose diet entered glyukozosoderzhashchy products. Besides, at "fruktoznik" the increase in level of the cholesterol in blood which was negatively reflected in work of heart and blood vessels was observed.
