Meatballs from beef with walnuts
It will be necessary for you:
Beef fillet – ½ kg
Potatoes – 2-3 pieces (depending on the size)
Walnuts (chishchenny) – 1 glass
Eggs – 2 pieces.
Salt, pepper – to taste
Butter – 3-5 tbsps.
Breadcrumbs – 4-5 tbsps.
Parsley greens – to taste
Way of preparation:
At first it is necessary to boil to full readiness in the added some salt water meat and the peeled potatoes, but in different pans. Then, overwind the boiled potatoes and meat, together with nuts and parsley in the meat grinder twice. Enter into the received egg forcemeat, salt and pepper. Carefully mix everything.
In a frying pan warm oil and fry in it the small meatballs created from the prepared forcemeat and breaded in crackers. Meatballs are fried from two parties before emergence of a golden crust.
When giving on a table beef meatballs with nuts should be strewed with small cut greens, it is desirable cilantro. They can be given with the swept-away sauce or ketchup. Meatballs can be served with a garnish, for example rice or buckwheat, but it is possible to give them and as an independent dish.
