Pineapple is a grassy tropical plant of family bromeliyevy. A pineapple fruit – one of the most known and loved in many countries delicacies.
The pulp of pineapple contains B1, B2, B12, PP vitamins, pro-vitamin A, and also mineral substances, potassium, iron, copper, zinc, calcium, magnesium, manganese, iodine. At pineapple there is such useful substance as bromeline - enzyme which improves digestion of proteins. It helps work of a digestive tract, clears vessels and makes active immunity of an organism. One gram of bromeline can burn 900 gr fat. For stimulation of activity of intestines and increase of fermentativny activity of gastric juice during food it is recommended to drink one glass of pineapple juice or to eat a small slice of a fresh fruit.
