Passed times when the window leaf was the only type of an extract. Today we try to pick up an extract for kitchen, considering its appearance and technical characteristics. So what extracts happen?
There are three main types of kitchen extracts, these are dome, flat and built in.
Suspended or as still call flat extracts, are mounted on a wall over a plate and are used in cases, when there is no an exit in ventilation. These extracts consist of the case which lighting and buttons of management, the fan and filters is built in. As a rule, in such extracts additional filters for purification of air of small particles of a soot, ashes, fat and converter of smells are installed.
Such extracts work by the principle of recirculation, air is not removed from kitchen but only it is cleared of a soot, ashes, fat and smells then again comes back to kitchen.
Advantage of such extracts is their low price, stylish design. It is possible to carry the increased noise level and need rather often to change filters to shortcomings.
The built-in extracts are established in a suspended kitchen case over a plate and they can be divided on full-built in and sliding which move forward only in plate operating time.
This look is more better, than suspended. Also, if the air vent is far from a plate, such look allows to hide pipes which spoil a type of kitchen.
The following type of extracts are dome. Extracts of a similar look in turn can be divided on: wall and island.
Extracts of this look have various design decisions, also the material used for their production there can be the most various. They can be all-metal or metal with finishing from glass or a tree.
The most widespread is the wall type of extracts which are mounted on a wall over a plate.
Island extracts are not so widespread, as wall. They are used only when the plate is located on a portable platform and they fasten to a ceiling. These extracts, as a rule, are made of better materials that is caused by service conditions. Often such extracts are equipped with sensors of pollution of filters and a remote control.
The main consumer property of all extracts is their ability effectively to take away air. An indicator of efficiency of an extract is productivity which is measured by the taken-away air cubic meters an hour.
Productivity. According to the accepted sanitary standards, air in kitchen, has to be updated completely ten times an hour. Proceeding from it, you can count the necessary power of an extract which is required for your kitchen. If it is absolutely simple, it is necessary to increase the volume of kitchen on 10 - 12.
Usually extracts have power from 200 cubic m/h to 600 cubic m/h. Though there are extracts with a power up to one thousand cubes an hour.
Noise level. Except productivity, it is worth paying attention to noise level which should not exceed forty decibels. It is possible to look at this characteristic in technical data sheet.
Buying an extract, it is also worth paying the attention to the extract size. As a rule, it has to be more or same, as the plate size. The standard sizes of extracts is 60sm, 90sm, 120 cm.
It is possible to carry types of lighting and various control systems to additional functions, from push-button to the touch. The last are very convenient as have no roughnesses.
