We prepare seasonings in house conditions:
Mix on 1 tablespoon of dry spices — a tarragon, a thyme, rosemary, mint and parsley. Season with this mix fish or vegetables. Exit of 6 tablespoons.
Seasoning for soup
Mix on 1 tablespoon of dry spices — a thyme, parsley, a basil, a marjoram, ground seeds of a celery and dry fennel and on 1,5 h. l. dry sage and dry rosemary. Exit of 7 tablespoons.
Seasoning from spicy herbs with salt
Mix 2 tablespoons of dry seasoning from onions with salt, on 1 tablespoon of salt with garlic (dry seasoning) and parsley, on 1 h. l. a basil and a marjoram and on 1/2 h. l. ground black pepper, seeds of fennel and thyme. Exit about 1/3 cups.
Seasoning to beef
Mix on 1 tablespoon of dry parsley, garlick powder, onions powder and ground black pepper. Exit of 1/4 cups.
Seasoning to pork
Mix on 2 tablespoons of the dry pounded sage and parsley, on 2 h. l. dry thyme and rosemary and 1 h. l. salts with garlic. Exit of 6 tablespoons.
Seasoning for a bird
Mix on 1 tablespoon of a dry marjoram, a basil, fennel, parsley and on 1 h. l. dry thyme and dried lemon dried peel. Exit about 1/4 cups.
Seasoning for lamb
Mix on 1 tablespoon of dry parsley, rosemary and a thyme. Exit of 3 tablespoons.
Seasoning for fish
Mix on 1 tablespoon of a dry tarragon, a basil, fennel, a marjoram and parsley. Exit about 1/3 cups.
