For preparation of pancakes with meat it will be required to you: egg - 2 pieces; sugar - 2 tbsps; salt - 1 tsp; a flour - 1 glass (250g); milk - 2,5 glasses (near 700ml); meat (pork and beef) - 400g; salt, the black pepper ground - to taste.
