Try to stop independently bleeding in the ways suitable for a concrete situation. It will reduce loss of blood and will allow to examine a wound to define a damage rate of fabrics. Remove the remains of clothes or other subjects which remained in a wound.
It is possible that the clothes or the weapon brought an infection inside. Wash out a wound antiseptic preparations (Furacilin solution, peroxide of hydrogen or weak solution of manganese). Apply a sterile bandage not too hardly not to break blood circulation. If blood filtered through a bandage, impose from above some more, without removing thus the previous layer.
Anyway bring the wounded to fracture clinic or office of hospital on duty for consultation. Perhaps, intervention of the surgeon or imposing of several seams will be required.
The laceration can heal till 10 days (without complications). During this period do processing of a wound, bandaging, control extent of healing and watch the general state of health of the wounded.
