The recipe of this dish is simple: 6 egg whites need to be mixed with icing sugar in number of 100 – 200 grams. Separately in a mortar 6 dried apricots were pounded (dried apricots) and mixed up with yolks. After that servants of the king bate whites and carefully added dense white foam to mix of yolks, powders and apricots. But on it preparation of a dish only began.
